Night Auditor - Lisboa

At the moment, we are looking for a Night Auditor (m/f) for our Boutique Hotel in the heart of Lisbon.Night Auditor – Lisbon· Greet guests warmly and provide a personalized and welcoming experience;· Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring accuracy in reservation details, payment processing, and room allocation.· Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally;· Manage incoming calls, emails, and messages;· Provide information on hotel amenities, local attractions and services, offering recommendations and arranging bookings when necessary;· Balancing the accounts from day shift;· Ensuring that all end-of-day activities have been successfully executed by employees in all departments;· Develop and maintain the quality of customer service being delivered· Coordinate with other hotel departments to fulfill guest requirements efficiently.Ideal profile:· Degree in Hospitality / Tourism or other relevant field (preferably, not a requirement)· Proven experience as a recepcionist;· Experience as night auditor (preferable)· Mandatory: English & Portuguese (fluent in written & spoken)· Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with exceptional attention to detail.· Familiarity with hotel management softwares and reservation systems.· Ability to work under high-pressure situations.· Availability to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.If you believe to be the right candidate for this position, send your application - https://rh.mypeople.pt/candidatura/394When you send us your CV, you consent to Mypeople using your personal data for recruitment purposes and that they are kept for two years.
