WHAT IS SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT AT ADIDAS PORTO? Supply Chain Management (SCM) GBS ensures the efficient flow of goods and information from suppliers to customers.
Key teams include PSO/POM for production scheduling, DPM for demand forecasting, PSC/BUY for procurement, and Order Fulfillment for processing and delivering orders.
Together, they optimize operations, reduce costs, and ensure timely delivery.
