News Content Curator - German speaking Our client, a leading global IT service provider, is recruiting a News Content Curator to join their project in Lisbon, Portugal. Position Title: News Content Curator - German speaking Position Type: F ull time Start Date: ASAP Location: Lisbon, Portugal Experience: Fresher and Experienced with Strong writing and editing skills. Ability to deliver content quickly, accurately and manage deadlines. Proficient in reading, writing and speaking native language – German and French along with English. Understand local market implications. Daily reporting activities, monitoring checks, set up of results in multiple tools, database revision. Should have the ability to multitask. (morning shift ( 6AM to 3PM) and night shift (9PM to 6AM). Responsibilities: Performing evaluation of news content - assessing for quality and relevancy. Understands client needs for content curation and aligns to regional editorial policy. Researches, coordinates and uses judgment to decide on credibility of content. Proof reads, checks and maintains high quality of news content consistently. Maintains close working relationships with team members, project and account managers. Provides daily reporting of activities. Perform calibrations session within internal team, with other location team or even with client as per instructed. To do Peer audits as a part of the process model and also to assist in training as per need. To coordinate with other team members for sharing best practices. Work independently and within a team. Communicate well with internal and external contacts as per requirement. Manage multiple assignments simultaneously without any / minimal guidance or help from seniors or peers team members. Adhere to client's procedures, policies and guidelines. All KPI related tasks must be followed & adhered to avoid business impact.
