Using the technology of the future, we create solutions highly focused on the needs of our people and our customers, never neglecting our role and contribution to society.The EMC MV/LV North of E-Redes Networks Platform, whose mission is to ensure the execution of Grid Connection Request works (MT/BT/IP), as well as the construction of MT, BT, and IP distribution networks, intends to reinforce the team in the Obras area – Aveiro.Main responsibilities:Analysis, monitoring, and handling of Connection Requests / Deviations / Disconnections and Reconnections processes for MV/LV Customers, which aim to:Handle the process through corporate systems: Mobility, JUMP P15; SIT, PROGEST; and POWER BI, with a view to executing works / handling and evolving Work Orders (OTs);Commercial Relations, interaction with MV and LV Customers - Start of works, information and handling of documentation, and preparation of the connection process, which includes handling work orders/service orders in coordination with Dispatch (Preparation and issuance of unavailability requests: Consignments and corporate system PGPI);Interaction with Service Providers - Analysis, monitoring, and management of execution deadlines, handling and follow-up of electrical Work Orders (OTs), and support to the Service Provider;Interaction with various entities: Municipalities, IP, DGEG, etc. Handling bureaucratic matters to streamline the process;Handling customer and entity requests/complaints - corporate systems: JUMP P15 and P05, PROGEST, and Active Network "CRI".Looking for people with the following requirements:Training at the 12th Year, Technological and Professional Courses in Operational Technician - commercial relations/customer connection, Electrical Installations Technician; Electrical Networks Technician and Electrical Installations, Electricity, Electrotechnics, Electronics, Electromechanics, Mechatronics, or related areas;Professional experience between 3 and 8 years as a technical staff member in operational functions;Experience in operating Commercial Relations with various Stakeholders: Customers, Entities, and Service Providers, which include:General knowledge of the network connection process with good learning aptitude, with a preference for mastery in the following corporate systems: JUMP; SIT; PROGEST; Mobility; PGPI; Active Network and POWER BI;Experience in streamlining processes: Analysis, monitoring, and management of data/indicators, in line with the set objectives, requiring constant iteration with service providers, customers, and entities;General knowledge of the electrical system - Medium and Low Voltage Network.Proficiency in basic computer navigation (Windows) and Office tools (mandatory);Residence in Portugal (mandatory), preferably near the workplace;Customer focus, Agility and Speed, Problem Solving, Self-control/Self-confidence, and Process Orientation are decisive skills for the performance of the role.Being part of EDP means having access to:Professional experience in an international company that is a leader in its sector, with flexible working arrangements and hours (Non-Term Contract);Recognition through remuneration compatible with the function and other additional benefits;Opportunities for personal and professional development (cross-cutting projects, mobility, volunteering, etc).About EDP:As a socially responsible company, we incorporate our values and practices with the principles of Diversity and Inclusion.
