What you will do: • Ensure collaboration in supporting and responding to the Medium Voltage and Low Voltage network operations, under both normal and disrupted conditions, within the Aveiro area;
• Supervise the Medium Voltage telecontrol process;
• Collaborate with the ASA team to support and address all types of customer complaints;
• Provide support in the analysis and offer internal consultancy for Client Maintenance Requests related to Medium Voltage and Low Voltage networks;
• Ensure that safety procedures are consistently implemented by both the internal team and our partners;
• Oversee the identification, planning, and execution of all network maintenance activities;
• Supervise the progress of fieldwork and manage the availability and capacity of External Service Providers;
• Identify and propose new network developments and investments in Medium Voltage, Low Voltage, and Public Lighting;
• Support the Operations Manager in handling day-to-day issues;

What are we looking for: Master's degree in electrical engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field; Strong ability to manage multiple operations situations simultaneously in Medium Voltage, Low Voltage, and Public Lighting Operation; Availability to integrate Availability Scale to assist the Medium Voltage, Low Voltage, and Public Lighting Operation, outside normal working hours (mandatory); Minimum of 1 - 3 years of experience; Work on site in Aveiro Electrical Substation (mandatory); Knowledge of Office tools (mandatory); Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage teams and prioritize activities; Solid understanding of electrical grid structure, technologies, and how to works; Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines; Familiarity with regulatory requirements and environmental standards related to Medium Voltage, Low Voltage, and Public Lighting Operation; English communication skills (bonus); Programming skills (bonus); More than academic knowledge and technical skills, we are looking for ambitious people who are enthusiastic about the future and who bring human skills aligned with our purpose [1] .
