Main Responsibilities: Install, configure, and manage network systems.Monitor and support network infrastructures to ensure optimal performance and reliability.Participate in projects to implement and optimize network solutions.Analyze and resolve issues within network infrastructures to minimize downtime.Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and support.Candidate Profile: Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Networks, or a related field.Certifications (Preferred): Sophos Firewall, Checkpoint, Cisco CCNA, CCNP.Experience: Proven expertise in configuring and managing network devices, including switches, routers, firewalls, and VPNs.Technical Skills:In-depth knowledge of network protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and HTTP.Familiarity with network monitoring tools and network security measures, including firewall setups, IDS/IPS, and VPN configurations.Availability: Willingness to provide 24/7 support and travel within Portugal.Language Proficiency: Fluent in English.
