Job Description
Its main responsibilities are:
Install, configure, and manage network systems.
Monitor and provide support for network infrastructures.
Engage in projects aimed at the implementation and optimization of networks.
Analyse and resolve issues within network infrastructures.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Candidate Profile
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Networks, or a related field is required. Candidates with certifications such as Sophos Firewall, Checkpoint, Cisco CCNA, CCNP, and relevant professional experience will be given preference.
Proven experience in configuring and managing switches, routers, firewalls, VPNs, and other network devices.
Familiarity with network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, HTTP, etc.) and network monitoring tools.
Experience in network security measures, including firewall setups, intrusion detection systems (IDS/IPS), and VPN configurations.
Willingness to provide 24/7 support and travel within Portugal.
Proficient in English.
The ability to adapt, be proactive, and dynamic are essential.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A strong desire to learn and take on new challenges.
Highly responsible and meticulous, with strong analytical, planning, organization, and time management skills.
Preference given to candidates who are immediately available.
