Network / Systems Support Engineer - Financial Org

You will be part of a team based in Porto covering all market operational hours (shift system in a 24/7 operation), and will work in a high-tech learning environment.
To provide 1st Level Technical Support across a broad range of disciplines that underpin the operation of Euronext Cash and Derivatives markets, and hosted markets on behalf of clients.
Responsibilities:Troubleshoot & support network, infrastructure and application incidentsUndertake project work to implement best practicePrioritise resolution of faults and queries across all systemsSkills/Must have:Degree or Equivalent in Computer ScienceNetworking experience with Cisco or JuniperExperience with Windows or LinuxStrong English speaking skillsLocation:Portugal (Porto) - SHIFTS, mix of days / nights
Salary:Up to €45,000 per annum
