This role will support our state distribution teams (including LMG, Loan Market, Commercial and Asset Finance and Implementation teams) in the execution of the LMG business strategy and service with their administrative needs, organisation of events as well as supporting the State Directors. This is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic team player, who is a fast thinker with previous experience in a busy administrative or PA or event coordinator role.
Key responsibilities: Management of state based broker and corporate events eg International Women's Day: Coordination of local events including venue sourcing, budget management, event registration management. Assistance with managing event agendas, managing internal presenters and their presentation decks.Be the glue that keeps the state together between aggregation staff and specialist staff in the state - Administrative support to the State Directors and sales teams including the network and being first point of contact for any enquiries.Prepare meetings for State Directors: agendas, manage attendance, distribution and communication of information to relevant parties.Administrative tasks for the states - organising venues for meetings, travel with preferred vendors and Administrative support to the State Director's/BDM's, diary and email management, complete and submit expenses for state manager.Be familiar and understand the LMG Way and what is required of brokers and where the broker can access information.As required: Complete and submit expense claims.Compiling and distribute weekly reports for the states.Fortnightly newsletters.Scheduling broker inductions.Booking travel and accommodation.Office Administration and General duties.Support in onboarding new brokers.Support and collaboration with other State Administrators.Order awards and certificates.Manage invitations to external events eg MFAA.Assist with local corporate office events such as International Women's Day and Christmas party planning.Attend and assist with planning of broker events as required.To succeed in this role you will bring with you: Ability to work effectively in a high volume team environment.Minimum of 3 years experience in administration and/or events coordination.Ability to work autonomously and use initiative.High attention to detail and accuracy.Strong computer skills and with the ability to learn quickly (Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel and G Suite).Strong organisational and planning skills.A high level of professionalism.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Familiarity with event registration systems.Good knowledge of local event venues.Experience within lending or broking would be highly regarded.
