Key Responsibilities:

Assist customers by answering their questions and providing effective solutions.

Act as a point of contact for external sellers.

Escalate issues to other departments when needed.

Requirements:

Fluent in Dutch (written and spoken).

Flexible availability to work in rotating shifts.

Good computer skills.

Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

EU passport/ID or Portuguese resident card.
