We value individuals who are detail-oriented, independent contributors with exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, ensuring that together, we continue to transform possibilities into reality.This position is Hybrid Porto. (3 days/week at the office)Note: All applications/CV's must be submitted in English.Key ResponsibilitiesManage a team of 5+ .NET developers, converting storyboards and use cases into functional applications.Allocate 50% of your time to coding and 50% to mentoring, addressing challenges, supporting career growth, and engaging in coaching.Solution Architecture: Design scalable, cost-effective cloud solutions tailored to client needs.Improve team performance through 1:1s, constructive feedback, and fostering growth opportunities.Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with the Product Owner to align business needs and meet deadlines.Proactively resolve client issues in line with SLAs.Continuous Improvement: Seek process, tools, and team dynamic enhancements.Conduct code reviews, contribute to feature design, and ensure quality deliverables.Identify and document technical debt for future prioritization.Implement robust documentation for knowledge sharing, onboarding, and communication.Willingness to travel for offshore team collaboration.Requirements for the roleBachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.5+ years of .NET experience, including the latest versions of C#, ASP.NET, and .NET Core.2+ years managing software development teams.Strong knowledge of AWS/Azure, microservices, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).Familiarity with frontend tech like React.js/Angular and mobile development is a plus.Security & Domain Knowledge: API security, data privacy, and familiarity with EU regulatory frameworks are advantageous.Agile/DevOps Practices: Proficiency in Agile, CI/CD, Gitflow, and deployment patterns.Proven ability to lead high-performance teams, promoting collaboration and motivation.Strong analytical skills with a commitment to staying current with industry trends.Must be a Portuguese or European citizen or have a work permit for PortugalWhat we offer at Keyrus Portugal:Competitive salary based on your skills & experience and according to the Data market practice.Meal allowance of €8.32 per day.Flexible benefits option.Private Medical Insurance.22 days of annual leave (increasing every 3 years up to a maximum of 25 days).Training Program through KLX (Keyrus Learning Experience) Platform.Why Keyrus?Joining Keyrus means joining a market leader in the Data Intelligence field and an (inter)national player in Management Consultancy and Digital Experience.Keyrus Portugal operates on five guiding pillars that shape our approach to work and collaboration – Diversity; Trust; Flexibility; Ownership & Innovation.
