Your mission will be: Be the first point of contact for security events, anomalies, incidents, and investigations;Create and improve security incident response playbooks and procedures;Monitor, triage, and respond to alerts produced by various monitoring solutions and escalated to you by external MSSP;Conduct log-based and endpoint-based threat detection to protect against threats coming from multiple sources;Correlate suspicious activities across assets (endpoint, network, applications) and environments (on-premises, cloud) to identify patterns of anomalous activity;Manage post-incident activities to ensure gaps are closed to prevent future incidents;Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to establish, maintain, and continuously improve monitoring, alerting, and reporting;You will need: 4+ years' experience in information security monitoring and incident response;Proven experience in working with Splunk SIEM and Defender XDR;Comfortable building scripts to automate tasks (e.g., PowerShell, Python);Proven experience with phishing and malware detection, analysis, and response;Good knowledge of Network, Linux, and Windows Operating Systems;Fluent in Portuguese and English (other languages are a plus);CPLP nationality or an EU work permit is required to facilitate employment.Would be awesome if you have: BSc or MSc in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technology, or related;With us you can be a: TechThinker – people who want to re-imagine technology with us;TechSolver – strategic, resilient, and a little bit of a puzzle lover;InnoTecher – no words needed.
