Type: Full-Time, 40 hours per week Job Overview We are looking for a dedicated Politics & Government Assistant for Social Media with native-level Czech proficiency to join our team in Lisbon. In this role, you will support our mission to maintain accurate, relevant, and appropriate content on social media platforms related to political and government matters. Your work will help ensure effective communication with government, political, and advocacy partners, while maintaining high standards of content integrity and responsiveness.
Responsibilities Collect and manage relevant information for political and governmental social media content.Monitor advertisements for inappropriate links or content, flagging and addressing any issues.Identify, troubleshoot, and prioritize issues for resolution.Triage and process requests from multiple entities and stakeholders.Act as a liaison to facilitate communication with government, political, and advocacy partners.Ensure relevant and accurate content is maintained across various platforms.Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries by email, providing accurate, empathetic, and high-quality support.Escalate issues as necessary for further action. Requirements Native-level Czech proficiency.Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.Prior experience in social media, content moderation, or a related field is an advantage.Ability to manage sensitive content and handle confidential information responsibly.High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Flexibility to work on a rotational shift pattern. Working Hours Full-time, 40 hours per week.Rotational shift schedule: Monday to Friday, from 07:00 to 21:00.Training Period: 10 working days, 8 hours per day with varying start times between 08:30 and 09:30, depending on your assigned group. Compensation Contract with weekly allowance during the 10-day training period.
