You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information about our products and services. This role requires exceptional communication skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. - Resolve customer issues with empathy and efficiency. - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. - Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance customer satisfaction. - Stay informed about our products, services, and policies. Qualifications: - Fluency in at least one of the following languages: Italian, French, Turkish, Polish, German, Dutch, Hebrew, Croatian, Czech, or Ukrainian. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset. - Ability to multitask and manage time effectively. - Experience in a customer support role is preferred. - Familiarity with customer support software and tools is a plus.
