Who You Are: Language Skills: You're fluent in French, Dutch, and German (written and spoken).
Proficiency in English is also required for internal communication.
? Experience: While previous experience in customer service or a call center is beneficial, it's not required.
A passion for helping customers and a willingness to learn are key!

Based in Braga, Portugal: This position is only open to candidates who are already based in Braga or willing to relocate independently, as relocation support is not available for this role.
