Position Overview:
As a Customer Support Representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients receive exceptional service. Your key responsibilities will include:
Handling Inquiries: Respond to and log consumer inquiries via phone, email, and online chat.Data Entry: Maintain accurate records of consumer interactions and feedback in the customer service database.Complaint Management: Address and log client complaints in accordance with the company's escalation policy.Service Level Agreements: Ensure that all support calls and emails are resolved within the agreed SLAs and properly documented.Troubleshooting: Use open questions, support documents, and system training to diagnose and resolve issues.Providing Solutions: Offer recommendations for common issues and frequently asked questions.
