Languages We Are Hiring For: German  Dutch Spanish Italian  French  Turkish  Czech  Estonian Ukrainian Russian Croatian Greek Lithuanian Danish Finnish Norwegian Swedish Hebrew Polish Position Overview: As a Customer Support Representative, you will be instrumental in providing exceptional service to our clients.
Your key duties will include: Handling Inquiries: Responding to and recording consumer inquiries via phone, email, and online chat.
Data Entry: Maintaining accurate records of consumer interactions and feedback in the customer service database.
Complaint Management: Addressing and documenting client complaints in line with the company's escalation policy.
Service Level Agreements: Ensuring that all support calls and emails are resolved within the agreed SLAs and properly documented.
Troubleshooting: Using open questions, support documents, and system training to diagnose and resolve issues.
Providing Solutions: Offering recommendations for common issues and frequently asked questions.
Candidate Requirements: Education: High School Diploma Language Skills: Native or fluent in one of the required languages English Proficiency: Good level of English (B2) Relocation: Willingness to relocate to Lisbon, Portugal Residency: Must hold EU Citizenship or a Portuguese residence card (Visa sponsorship is not provided) Benefits: International Experience: Work in a diverse, multicultural environment.
