This commitment has made us a leading reference in our field.Objective:·        Coordinate all phases of the International and Domestic Moving Services.·        Ensure the delivery of services in accordance with various packages.·        Guide clients throughout the entire relocation process, providing comprehensive information and support.Profile:·        Possesses international experience through work in global environments.·        Highly client-oriented with a strong focus on service excellence.·        Proficient in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.·        Comfortable communicating with high-profile management and directors, possessing strong negotiation skills.Knowledge and Education:·        Fluent in both English and Portuguese (spoken and written); proficiency in additional languages is a plus.·        Higher education is preferred.·        Minimum of 2 years of experience in Logistics or Moving services.Competencies:·        Flexible and proactive approach.·        Innovative and creative thinking.·        Strong client orientation.·        Team player with decision-making capabilities.·        Excellent communication skills.·        Effective time management skills.Responsibilities:·        Keep clients informed throughout all stages of the moving process.·        Provide immediate responses to client inquiries.·        Organize and manage itineraries for the entire moving process.·        Place Booking and Negotiate with freight forwarders when necessary.·        Handle invoicing and create/post creditor invoices.What we offer?:·        Gross Salary 18,623.20 EUR (Liquid approximately EUR 1,312.36/month in "Twelfths")·        Health insurance.·        In-House Job from 09 – 18h00 (Mon to Fri).·        Partnerships and other incentives.·        Uncertain term contract.#J-18808-Ljbffr
