Monitoring & Observability Service Owner

Noesis is looking for candidates with the following profile:

Act as the overall owner of Monitoring services, ensuring their reliability, availability, quality, establishing and enforce operational processes and procedures for effective use of monitoring tools.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
* At least 5-8 years of experience in managing monitoring services in a large-scale environment.
* Strong understanding of monitoring tools, techniques, and methodologies.
* Hands-on experience with monitoring solutions such as Dynatrace, Nagios, SquaredUp, SolarWind, etc.
* Proficient in scripting languages such Powershell, Python, Bash, or others.
* Familiarity with cloud computing environments and emerging trends in the industry.
* Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively with teams across multiple locations and time zones.
* Relevant certification such as ITIL, DevOps, or AWS/AZURE and VMWare is a plus.
