Mobility Sector | Quality Assurance Engineer

Job Description Review and analyze user stories and acceptance criteria and develop effective test plans and automated tests in collaboration with the development team; Setting up, maintaining, and performing test automation frameworks on multiple application platforms, building test scenarios and acceptance tests; Noting all testing actions you have performed in daily and weekly reports; Researching test tools, methodologies, and trends and upgrading existing practices and processes.
Qualifications BS/MS degree in Computer Science/Software Engineering or an IT related discipline 3+ years of experience as a Senior Software Engineer in Test (this is just an indication, your actual skills matter the most) Hands-on and strong experience with Ruby or Java; Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes Hands-on experience with web browser automation tools (e.g.
Selenium / Cucumber); Knowledge in Appium for mobile testing is a plus; Good understanding of all levels of the testing pyramid; Experience in defect tracking and test management tools such as JIRA, X-Ray etc Familiarity with relational database engines (SQL); Experience working with Agile/Scrum software development methodology Fluent communication skills in English (both written & verbal) Additional Information The Devoteam Group works for equal opportunities, promoting its employees based on merit and actively fights against all forms of discrimination.
