EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
SAP Portugal is hiring Consultants with experience in SAP implementations and willing to deliver S/4HANA implementations.
The primary tasks of this role are:
Conduct customer workshops to understand business process requirementsAdvise customers on industry best practices in the area of expertiseConfigure the requirements in respective solutionsPrepare functional specifications and support development teamsConduct testing, training, and support data migrationWORK EXPERIENCE 6 – 12 years of implementation experience in at least one of the logistics solutions: S/4HANA (MM, SD, QM, PM/PS), SAP Extended Warehouse Management, SAP Transportation ManagementIntegration with other SAP solutions or products will be an added advantageStrong experience in designing and configuring business processes in the respective module.EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES Bachelor's or Master's degree – ideally in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, EconomicsSolid knowledge of business processes in Supply Chain Management areaAdaptability and flexibility to manage deadline pressure, ambiguity, and changeRelevant projects that demonstrate your communication, interpersonal skills, and work ethicAbility to work independentlyGood presentation and communication skillsAbility and willingness to coach/mentor team members during project delivery or consulting services deliveryExperience or willingness to work in an international environmentFluent English; proficiency in other foreign languages would be a plusNice to have Delivery experience in agile implementation methodology (e.g. SAP Activate & SAP Solution Manager)Experience in S/4HANA implementation projectsExperience in project delivery as a project or program managerSAP Certification in any Logistic moduleTRAVEL Remote mainly (up to 90% of working time), however, ready to travel (short term and long term) (up to 90% of working time)BENEFITS
