Role Overview Beyond is looking for a versatile MLOps Engineer to join our team in Europe. This individual will work within a team of Machine Learning, Data, and MLOps Engineers and will be responsible for the deployment and monitoring of Machine Learning models, with a strong focus on generative AI and LLM-based agents. Working under the guidance of the Lead AI Engineer, this role is primarily hands-on. As a MLOps Engineer, you will focus on the following areas: ML/LLM Pipelines: deploy and maintain efficient and error-free ML model pipelines. ML/LLM CI/CD: establish and optimise continuous integration and continuous deployment for training, testing, and deployment of models. ML/LLM Model Monitoring: monitor models in production to minimise decay and maximise availability. ML/LLM Model Versioning: manage multiple versions of models, being able to roll them back, if necessary. API Endpoints: establish, maintain, and deploy API endpoints, ensuring that engineers can interact with them in a secure and efficient way. As a MLOps Engineer, we'd look for you to be able to bring: Experience: Minimum of 4 years in artificial intelligence, DevOps, or Machine Learning related positions. Communication Skills: High proficiency in English (both written and oral). Problem-Solving Skills: Strong capability in identifying issues and formulating effective solutions. Certifications: Google Cloud or AWS MLOps related certifications are highly desirable. As an accomplished AI professional, you would have had significant exposure to the following technologies: Machine Learning: Google Vertex AI, TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, etc. Ops: Google Cloud's MLOps, GCP Cloud Build, LLMOps. Generative AI: Frameworks: LangChain. LLMs: Google: Gemini, PaLM2, Imagen; OpenAI: GPT4, GPT3.5; Anthropic: Claude; Hugging Face open source models. Cloud Computing: Google Cloud Platform, AWS, Azure. Data: Analytics: R, MatLab, Jupyter, Pandas. BigData: GCP BigQuery, Snowflake, Hadoop, DataFlow.
