Mixologist - Hotel 5 Dreams Madeira Resort Spa

We are looking for a Mixologist to join our 5 star hotel in an international group, located in the stunning Madeira Island!What we need:-Knowledge in spirtis and the different beverages; -Certificate in F&B;-Experience in the hospitality market; -Foundness for customer service; -Upselling skills;-Understanding of the latest industry trends regarding beverages; -Organization skills, comunication and resilience; -Team work;-Desire and ability to train and develop staff; -Proficiency in speakingand writing in Portuguese & English, basic German, French is a plusMain Responsibilities and Duties:-Monitors the ordering of all beer, spirits, bar tools and equipment; -Has full knowledge of all menu items, garnishes, contents, costing and preparation methods; -Maintains stock, prepares, cures and stores all fresh fruit and vegetable garnishes, juices and other perishables to ensure product quality; -Drafts a menu in coordination with Bar Manager; -Ensures that appropriate stock/par level of all bar items is constantly maintained; -Utilizes appropriate stemware/glassware as required by company standards; -Creates and push the limits of what mixed drinks can be; -Uses one's expert knowledge to create innovative drinks and cocktails that explore the boundaries of flavors; -Ensures a memorable customer experience; -Ensures high levels of customer service at all times to always meet our guest's expectations.What we offer:-Hotel opening experience-Monthly salary above average-Meal allowance-Free parking space-If applicable, accommodation provided-Professional and personal growth-Dynamic and collaborative work place#J-18808-Ljbffr
