That's why we're hiring highly motivated and experienced Migration Coordinators to join our team.
The Migration Coordinator will be responsible for collecting & channeling relevant information to drive the successful migration of our customers' systems and applications to the cloud.
This position has the focus on delivering highly accurate information and assuring the workload owners of a pain-free migration to the cloud.

That's what it's about: Create, maintain, and continuously update server inventory files that are relevant to the migration; Plan and conduct server migration interviews with workload owners and document interview results; Coordinate migration downtimes with workload owners and ensure a smooth migration process by providing the collected information to the migration team; Coordinate with the technical lead on the end-to-end migration of workloads; Maintain documentation and records of the migration process, including any issues that arise from each migration and how they were resolved; Manage and track migration metrics after each successful migration; Accompany workload owners through the testing of migrated workloads and ensuring a successful migration; Communicate migration metrics and status updates to the project manager; Provide best-in-class support to the technical team; Shadowing experienced migration specialists and helping them review migration-related applications and processes; Consistently update the interview questionnaire with the support of the technical team Main requirements This is your background: 5+ years of experience in technical support or a similar customer service-oriented environment; Experience in documenting technical issues in a structured manner; Experience with tools such as Jira, any other ticketing system, and Excel; Plus, but not a must, proficiency in German .

To top it off; Strong service orientation Transition Manager Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Information Technology or Business Information Technology; Experience in transition management, technical project management and implementation of migration projects; Excellent customer service and communication skills; Ability to work independently, reduce complexity to its essence, and get things done attitude; High levels of accuracy and attention to detail with a problem-solving attitude; Well-organised and methodical approach to work.
