We are seeking an experienced Mid Frontend Developer specializing in OutSystems to join our team. As a Senior Developer, you will be responsible for leading the development of user interfaces in OutSystems applications, ensuring high performance, scalability, and responsiveness.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including backend developers, UX / UI designers, and business stakeholders, to build robust, user-friendly web applications.

Key Responsibilities
Discovery Sessions : Lead sessions with internal departments to understand needs, bridging stakeholders and development teams.
Propose technical strategies aligned with business goals and user-centered approaches.
Design System Ownership : Take ownership of the design system, collaborating with designers to scale it as the organization grows.
Ensure frontend components follow design principles and drive reusability.
Cross-functional Collaboration : Act as a key voice in cross-functional teams, offering technical insights to enhance user experience and shaping the product roadmap.
Mentorship : Guide and mentor junior developers through code reviews and best practices, ensuring development standards are met.
Innovation & Research : Lead research and implementation of cutting-edge frontend technologies and low-code tools. Champion innovation through training and workshops.
Debugging & Troubleshooting : Identify and resolve frontend issues and bugs efficiently.
OutSystems Expertise : Utilize OutSystems to build, customize, and optimize frontend components.
Continuous Improvement : Stay updated with the latest frontend technologies, frameworks, and OutSystems best practices.
Main requirements
Desired Qualifications and Skills :
3+ years of experience in frontend development , with 1-2 years working on the OutSystems platform .
Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript .
Experience in Accessibility ( WCAG ), SEO , and responsive design principles .
Understanding of OutSystems development and design systems (experience in creating design systems is a plus).
Excellent communication skills in English , capable of presenting ideas and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Ability to work autonomously while being a team player.
Knowledge of Agile / Scrum methodologies.
Adaptable, eager to learn, and motivated to grow professionally.
Preferred Skills :
OutSystems certifications (a plus).
Experience testing and developing OutSystems components.
Strong understanding of web accessibility standards (WCAG) and best practices.
