Microsoft 365 Tech Lead

We are currently looking for a Microsoft 365 Tech Lead to join our team.

Location: Hybrid - Lisbon or Porto.

Required skills:

Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or similar;

Min. 5 years of experience as a Microsoft 365 Tech Lead;

Solid experience on Microsoft Tenant management, Microsoft 365 administration tools and GitLab;

Experience with Python (plus);

Experience leading Software Engineer teams;

Experience ensuring the quality of development;

Experience establishing development methods and good practices;

Highly organized professional;

Excellent interpersonal skills;

Excellent communication skills;

Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team;

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills;

Fluency in Portuguese and English (spoken and written).
