Metrology Engineer Trainee

Job Summary: General support on implementation of Fault Detection and Classification (FDC) on the WLP Bump area; Set-ups, qualifies and optimizes fault detection models connected to production tools, assuring tool group capacity is in place; Performs Predictive Statistical Analysis and other statistical analysis for process/tool control and guarantee of stability/repeatability and tool matching over time; Designs and conducts experiments for process development and drives corrective actions; Documents process and parameters. Issues accurate, complete reports of work.Qualifications:MSC in Engineering with preference (but not mandatory) for Physics, Optics, Electronics, Computation & Data Analysis;Experience with Statistical Analysis and Micro or Nanotechnologies;English business fluent;Communication and presentation skills engaged working style / high flexibility to change job/tasks.
