Descrição da Função Our O&M Business Line is looking for a Methods & Process Engineer who will have the following responsibilities: Maintenance Management: Implement maintenance methodologies; Assess LCC (Life Cycle Cost) for main systems and provide recommendations and models; Monitor maintenance quality KPI's and implement continuous improvement processes; Elaborate technical instructions and operational guides for O&M Activity; Review, adaptand optimize maintenance plans; Develop tools to improve O&M sustainability and efficiency based on reliability tools and techniques: Review equipment codification for integration into CMMS. Develop and spread procedures and best practices: Provide training; Improve and develop maintenance procedures; Develop and track maintenance KPIs; Establish andspread internal standards for O&M Business Line. Continuous improvement: Define and implement Improvement Projects using Lean Six Sigma methodologies. Support continuous improvement initiatives across the organization. QUALIFICATIONS The ideal candidate will have/be: Master's in Electrical Engineering or Engineering and Industrial Management; At least 5 years of experience in similar responsibilities; LEAN SIX SIGMA, Green Belt certification or Black belt is a plus; Experience inthe renewable energy sector is a plus; MS Office tools proficiency; English proficiency.
