What you'll do: Conduct business process analysis - elaborate strategies and plans for product implementation (after customer or potential customer visits) Create and deliver presentations and perform product demonstrations for potential customers Propose high-level technical solutions fulfilling customer requirements Perform project implementation estimations and propose high-level project plans Respond to customer technical questionnaires (RFQ, RFI) Statement of Work analysis and development Handover won projects to project implementation teams What you must have: Industrial Management Engineering or similar degree Knowledge of advanced manufacturing production processes and requirements, particularly in electronics, semiconductors or medical devices industries Ability to work remotely with internationally distributed virtual teams Excellent written and verbal communication skills German proficiency - spoken and written Availability to travel What we consider a plus (not mandatory): Previous experience with MES product implementation/deployment of at least 1 year Knowledge of agile methodologies Diversity, Equity and Inclusion are a source of commitment and innovation At Critical Manufacturing, we welcome and encourage applications from individuals of all backgrounds, regardless of disabilities, diverse abilities, identities, or experiences.
