We're looking for a MES Functional Analyst to join our Porto Team. As a MES Functional Analyst, you will support our clients in their 4.0 roadmap and participate in the design of long-term MES solutions. What will you do? Responsible for understanding the client's process and design the project's functional approach Participate in clients' workshops Provide the client with information and feedback regarding MES solution functionalities Analyze and translate business needs into long-term solutions Design an MES solution tailored to the specific needs of the plant or process Understand technical specifications and system requirements to create data models Work closely with client stakeholders and technical teams Throughout the project, help with the creation and management of project backlog based on the functional requirements and also work on the acceptance criteria Diagnose and resolve technical or functional problems that may arise when configuring the MES system Identify the root causes of problems and propose appropriate solutions Ensure the MES solution complies with legal and regulatory requirements Organize and lead training sessions for the clients What are we looking for? Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management, Industrial Electronics Engineering, Information Technology, or a similar field 1-2 years of hands-on experience in Business or Functional Analyst Thorough understanding of the manufacturing industry, including production processes, workflows industry standards and best practices Solid technical skills for working with MES systems Solid project management skills Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills Ability to resolve problems What's in it for you?
