The successful candidate will support Building Consulting services, working closely with various JLL functional teams and business unit stakeholders to deliver customer needs and program goals.Key Responsibilities:Project Support and Technical Expertise:Provide consultancy support for construction projects, monitoring and proposing solutions from technical, planning, economic, quality, and safety perspectives.Conduct technical due diligence and prepare comprehensive technical reports.Organize and participate in regular site monitoring meetings.Prepare minutes of meetings and regular site reports.Provide technical support for cost management activities, including management of cost databases.Technical Analysis and Reporting:Analyze project data to detect errors or potential problems.Propose and implement solutions to technical challenges.Prepare and deliver structured reports and information to team members and clients.Assist in the development of end-to-end consultancy solutions for landlords and occupiers.Collaboration and Client Relations:Work effectively as part of cross-functional teams to deliver integrated services.Communicate directly with clients, addressing their needs and concerns.Support the development of client relationships.Contribute to presentations of project information to stakeholders.Required Qualifications and Skills:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related field.3-5 years of experience in a similar position within project management or technical consulting.Strong analytical skills with the ability to detect errors and propose solutions.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Proficiency in English (both written and oral).Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, AutoCAD, and MS Project.Comfortable dealing directly with clients.Target-oriented with strong organizational skills.Ability to collaborate and work effectively as part of a team.Organized in analysis, structured in reporting, and transmission of information.Judicious in drawing conclusions and prioritizing needs.Desired Attributes:Familiarity with technical due diligence processes.Understanding of construction project lifecycle and associated challenges.Knowledge of building systems and construction methodologies.Awareness of sustainability practices in construction and real estate.Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and deadlines.Interest in continuous learning and professional development within the real estate and construction sectors.How We Support You:JLL offers a comprehensive benefits package designed to enhance your health, financial, and personal well-being.
