Introduction: Sword Health is seeking a qualified therapist to join our new mental health initiative in a full-time position. This is a unique opportunity to join an initiative aimed at reshaping the way mental wellness is provided. As a Mental Health Specialist, you will work directly with Sword's members to identify and implement lifestyle interventions across exercise, sleep, nutrition, and mindfulness to maximize their mental health. What you'll be doing: Help members set goals using motivational interviewing and related best practices. Provide psychoeducation on the link between lifestyle changes and mental health. Prescribe science-backed activities tailored to each member's goals and life situation. Offer daily support and accountability to help members stay on track. Adjust program activities based on the member's progress, feedback, and needs, making changes as often as necessary, even daily. Leverage member interactions and your past professional experience to collaborate with the product team to translate insights into product features. What you need to have: Unrestricted LSW, LMHC, LPC, Psychologist, or equivalent license (i.E., able to work independently, without supervision from a licensed supervisor) without current, past, or pending disciplinary action. 3+ years of independently licensed clinical experience working directly with the adult population
