As a Member of Talent, Research & Sourcing, for Anchorage Digital's Engineering, Product, and Design teams, you'll play a vital role in driving our talent acquisition strategy. You'll have the opportunity to shape the growth of Anchorage by building diverse pipelines of candidates who are excited to contribute to the future of digital assets. In this role, you'll be trusted to manage relationships with candidates and executives alike, consistently delivering a polished and thoughtful candidate experience. You'll bring curiosity and a continuous improvement mindset to your work, refining your sourcing strategies and sharing insights to enhance the team's broader processes.
Technical Skills:
Utilize sourcing tools (e.g. LinkedIn, Lever ATS, and more) to track candidates and optimize the recruitment process.
Develop strategies to engage passive candidates through professional networks and social media.
Conduct initial candidate screens to assess qualifications and alignment with role requirements.
Coordinate multi-phase interviews, managing international schedules and addressing last-minute changes.
Partner with hiring managers and recruiters to understand technical requirements for roles and adjust sourcing strategies accordingly.
Complexity and Impact of Work:
Exercise judgment to adapt sourcing approaches based on ambiguous or incomplete information.
Troubleshoot scheduling conflicts, providing creative solutions to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
Track and analyze sourcing metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive data-driven decision-making.
Handle multiple priorities with poise, ensuring timely follow-up and clear communication.
Organizational Knowledge:
Explain Anchorage's mission, objectives, and key initiatives to candidates.
Understand how sourcing efforts align with broader business goals and the growth of the Engineering, Product, and Design teams.
Promote Anchorage's culture, showcasing why the company is an exciting place to work.
Communication and Influence:
Build strong relationships with hiring managers, recruiters, and candidates by communicating effectively.
Provide clear updates on the status of sourcing efforts, keeping stakeholders informed.
Engage in active listening to understand the needs and motivations of candidates, adapting messaging to resonate.
Represent Anchorage with polish, ensuring that all interactions reflect the company's values and culture.
You may be a fit for this role if you have:
Experience in sourcing, recruiting, or a related role, ideally for Engineering, Product, or Design roles, or adjacent experience with strong overlap in core skills.
Ability to manage scheduling while occasionally supporting team coordination needs, ensuring seamless interview experiences across time zones.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to convey information clearly to diverse audiences.
An attention to detail that ensures candidates have a positive experience, even in high-volume hiring environments.
A proactive mindset and a willingness to experiment with new sourcing techniques.
A solid grasp of creative sourcing strategies and professional networking platforms.
