We are currently looking for a freelancer meet & greet to welcome our guests for Costa da Caparica, Almada, Corroios, Seixal, Sesimbra, Setúbal.
Here are some of the tasks that you will be doing:
Picking up the keys in our central office in Lisbon, checking the flat, and making sure it's in the best condition while welcoming guests.
Assisting the Operation Team in daily tasks such as dropping keys, check-in, and opening doors for providers.
Who we are looking for:
Fluent in Portuguese and English.
Must live in the area of check-ins and have your own method of transportation (car or motorcycle is mandatory).
Detail-oriented individual is key to success in this position.
Proven experience in this area and/or in a company like ours.
Fast problem solver; able to seek solutions instantly for any given problem.
Detail-oriented individual with a strong focus on quality.
Able to work with tools like Slack and our own system (training will be provided).
Confident and personable, with a passion for creating a great customer experience.
Able to provide an invoice for the services (mandatory).
