Medical Information Coordinator with English, German, and French Language, Safety Operations Team• Assist with administrative team support e.g. project start-up tasks, creation and maintenance of project files, systems access requests.• Perform project administrative tasks such as creation of labels using investigator list, maintenance of personal safety files and regulatory documents, tracking and filing of submission dossiers, and distributing listings to client and operations team members.• Create project tracking spreadsheets and associated tracking entry specifications.• Prepare appropriate graphics/data visualization.• Serve as ad-hoc support for translation requirements of documents.• Create, maintain, and track case folders, filing, retrieving, and distribution of case folders to operations team members. Archive case folders and project files after event closure.• Oversee administrative support by coordinating team/department/project oversight group meetings, coordinating stationery orders, dispatching documents via courier services, reserving meeting rooms and IT equipment.• Perform ad-hoc database searches for operations team leads. Assist in database validation through performance of user testing.• Assist with project phone line set-up as required.• Triaging of call center calls for escalation to senior Associates.• May assist with project workflow including database entry, quality control activities, and generation of Lifecycle Safety data reports, preparation of Lifecycle Safety submission dossiers, assisting with deadline quality measurements.MINIMUM REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE• High School Diploma or equivalent.• Excellent written and verbal skills in English (min. C1) and additional foreign language (German/French) min. C1.• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and web-based applications, especially Excel.• Ability to use advanced Excel functions to manipulate and analyze large datasets efficiently and create dashboards/reports that provide actionable insights.• Ability to collaborate with call center agents and customers over the phone.• Good knowledge of medical terminology.• Strong organizational and time management skills.
