Medical Director – Lisbon (M/F/D)

Your new company Join an international pharmaceutical company in the role of Medical Director. Your new role This professional will be responsible for managing the Medical Department and defining its strategy, including reviewing and approving all external activities and promotional materials. You will have to ensure the quality of the training carried out and promote the updating of knowledge and information about the products marketed by the company. In collaboration with the Marketing department, you will manage Advisory Boards and KOLs. You will also be responsible for maintaining regular contact with organisations related to pharmaceutical policy and defining the company products strategy. What you need to succeed We are looking for a professional with a degree in Medicine, with at least 5 years of experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry. Experience in planning, controlling, budgeting, team management, and coaching is essential. Knowledge of the Central Nervous System and having participated in meetings or working groups of pharmaceutical industry associations (Infarmed), ANF, or the Ministry of Health are valued. Fluency in English and good public speaking skills are mandatory.
