Work for a medical device company that wants to make the life of people with diabetes easier.

Your responsibilities and impact as Medical Customer Service will be:
Take care of inquiries from customers regarding the Omni pod Product, an Insulin Management System.
Respond to inbound calls, manage orders, coordinate product shipment to customers, provide support and direction, resolve issues in a timely and empathetic manner, and encourage customers' compliance with product utilization.
Skills, qualifications, and interests you need to succeed in this role:
Fluent in French and have a good level of English.
Energetic and innovative.
Fast thinker and proactive.
Strong motivation and teamwork skills.
Interest in Medicine.
Excellent communication skills.
Intercultural mindset and willingness to work with various nationalities.
What's in it for you?
Type of contract: long-term fixed-term contract, renewable annually.
Working hours: full-time (40h/week) on rotating shifts.
Salary conditions (*) – 2 options:
Including free accommodation (shared flat, all bills included): 1040€ gross/month.
For international candidates:
Reimbursement of initial flight expenses after 9 months.
Airport pick-up.
Yearly two-way flight ticket back to your home country (within the EU).
Assistance with paperwork, opening a bank account, etc. upon arrival.
Free Portuguese lessons, cooking classes, sports activities, and social events organized by the company.
