Medical Coordinator - French And English Speaker (Lisbon)

As a Medical Coordinator, you will be responsible for the tasks below:

Take charge of coordinating the care journey for our expatriate policyholders with serious and/or chronic conditions (regular contacts with our policyholders and healthcare providers). Process medical files for our various activities (Management of prior authorizations, membership requests, sick leave, and disability claims) in the France and/or international scope based on priorities and urgency. Organize the medical prevention services subscribed by our clients (Health check-ups, prevention campaigns, etc.). Implement and coordinate cost control actions. Provide regular reporting on the activities within your scope. REQUIRED PROFILE:
Previous experience in the insurance or medical sector would be a plus Fluent in French and English;
Good communication and teamwork skills;
