Position Summary Support and drive the transformation of Nestlé's media communications and global partnerships to accelerate growth for the business. Support existing Global Digital Partnerships on overall governance, monitoring of actual investment and tracking spend forecast etc. Identify and assess new potential partners, set up test and learn framework with emerging partners and help to operationalize as required. Collaborate with lead categories, zones, markets, agencies, and partners to track progress of activation and success against strategic media guidelines: x-screen, media principles and media sufficiency. Identify key media and partnerships insights/innovation and proactively share with relevant stakeholders, to ensure we remain agile and shine a light on the progress made by our zones and categories. A day in the life of... Establish, manage and support market forecast, actual investments and value (bonus) realization. Support structured and effective governance across digital and evolving new partnerships with Nestlé stakeholders by coordinating (managing and tracking) investment, value and key data by analyzing, consolidating and providing regular updates as needed. Test and learn framework for exploratory/emerging partners and evaluate potential new digital partners and support Nestlé strategic priorities. Establish, support and measure implementation of Global media strategic guidelines. Collaborate on Media and Partnerships thought leadership and trend identification. Monitor media and partnership landscape for Nestlé allowing to deliver on thought leadership, identifying early opportunities and innovation to ensure that Nestlé maintains a competitive advantage. Collaborate with Nestlé Global Digital Partners on new news to share internally with business and relevant stakeholders. Proactively share partners' learnings, best practices and case studies. Drive innovation to accelerate emerging Media Communication and Global Partnerships opportunities in prioritized areas such as CTV and Social platforms. What will make you successful Experience of collaborating with Global Media agencies and Global Digital Partners. Strong understanding of the Media Communication and Global Digital Partnerships landscape. Good grasp of the advertising technology landscape and implications on successful Digital Media activation. Understanding of measurement solutions and methodologies. Good communication and writing skills. Great collaboration skills and ability to inspire and influence. Solutions-driven mindset.
