To support the scale up of HeiQ AeoniQ, we are looking for a:
Mechanical Project Engineer - HeiQ AeoniQ Iberia (100%)
You will be responsible for overseeing all mechanical engineering aspects of the AeoniQ project. This role ensures that design, development, and implementation adhere to project specifications, timelines, and budget constraints, with a focus on delivering high-quality, efficient mechanical solutions.
Your responsibilities

Develop and manage comprehensive mechanical engineering project plans, ensuring alignment with overall project objectives.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to seamlessly integrate mechanical systems with the overall project design.
Conduct feasibility studies, cost estimates, and risk assessments.
Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols.
Oversee the design, development, and procurement of IP-sensitive, customized, and proprietary equipment.
Manage the procurement process for mechanical components and materials, ensuring timely and cost-effective acquisition.
Supervise the installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical systems, ensuring functionality and performance.
Resolve technical issues promptly and provide ongoing engineering support during the construction phase.
Prepare and present detailed project status reports to the Engineering Manager and other stakeholders.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical engineering project management, preferably within large-scale projects.
Proficiency in CAD software and project management tools.
Strong understanding of mechanical systems, materials, and construction methods.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic project environment.
