Collaborate with industry and technology leaders to shape the future of energy.Mechanical Project Engineer Key Responsibilities:Act as the technical expert for our client's B2B/industrial heat electrification product development.Build relationships with suppliers/partners to enhance the heat product portfolio.Mentor and guide junior engineers.Collaborate with business managers to develop technically sound and economically viable offers.Work with software engineers, project managers, and business analysts on requirements and specifications.Oversee technical streams and project tasks related to heat electrification.Own technical tasks from start to finish, ensuring alignment between internal and external teams.Optimize installation and O&M processes for consumer-facing products.What We're Looking For:Innovation mindset and business acumen.Strong alignment with our mission and goals.Effective communication and adaptability to fast-paced changes.Focus on delivering positive impact for end-users, customers, and the environment.Desire for a respectful, transparent, and collaborative work culture.Skills Required:Masters in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent experience).Specialization in Fluids and Energy is a plus.Strong technical expertise in heat technologies and electrification.7+ years of experience in industrial processes and engineering projects.Fluent English.#J-18808-Ljbffr
