Your contribution to something big: Within Bosch Home Comfort, you will join a growing area of development of Electrical Solutions, the new and improved heating solutions for a sustainable future, Heat Pumps. You will be part of a cross-functional team, within an international environment, developing heat pump solutions which will be assembled in different Bosch plants around Europe. You will contribute to all phases of the product life cycle, bringing your innovative ideas and solutions from an early concept definition phase to mass production, implementing cost and quality improvements. For that you will: Develop new technical concepts, innovative functions, and solutions for heat pumps with a focus on Low Price Product Segment; Test heat pumps and components including appliance and interface with the system. Execute, analyze and document the results; Define heat pump requirements with the background of the entire heating/cooling and domestic water system; Implement changes to existing heat pumps to improve product quality, functionality, and cost. What distinguishes you: Educational background: degree in mechanical engineering, physics engineering, or similar; Experience: experience with mechanical product development and development tools (FMEA, DFMA, FAM) is valued; Know-How: good understanding of thermodynamics and refrigeration systems. Ability to understand and manage complex system development; Work style: organized and analytical work style with a problem-solving mindset; Personality: proactive, curious, and interested in continuous development and learning, ability to work in a team environment; Languages: very good knowledge of English.
