Responsibilities:Support the management of the department, implementing and fulfilling the strategic plan defined by the Administration and Department's management; Ensure the maintenance management of the company's equipment fleet; Supervise preventive andcorrective maintenance plans for machines and equipment; Coordination of logistical processes for import/export of equipment; Work teams supervision.Profile:Availability for periodic and short-term national and international travel; Proficiency in MS Officeand other IT tools; Experience in mechanicaland oil-hydraulic components; Knowledge of equipment hydraulics; Experience in team management in a workshop environment; Proactivity in problem-solving; Leadership and management skills; Power of communication and ease in establishing interpersonal relationships.#J-18808-Ljbffr
