Responsibilities:Support the management of the department, implementing and fulfilling the strategic plan defined by the Administration and Department's management;Ensure the maintenance management of the company's equipment fleet;Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance plans for machines and equipment;Coordination of logistical processes for import/export of equipment;Work teams supervision.Profile:Availability for periodic and short-term national and international travel;Proficiency in MS Office and other IT tools;Experience in mechanical and oil-hydraulic components;Knowledge of equipment hydraulics;Experience in team management in a workshop environment;Proactivity in problem-solving;Leadership and management skills;Power of communication and ease in establishing interpersonal relationships.
