Your role:
The Master Data Analyst is a critical position within the PC&L Organization, responsible for the timely and correct Material Master and BOM Data maintenance in all relevant Systems (for instance, SAP ERP) and Information Flow from initiation through the product life cycle, as well as identify and analyzing Material Master/BOM data quality issues, ensuring overall master data cleanliness according to defined standards, and proper process execution and adherence.
Responsible for creating, changing, maintaining Material Master and Bill of Materials in SAP based on Product Life Cycle management or site PC&L department requests;
Ensure the effective communication between Project Management, Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering and the site PC&L department in such areas as Material Master and BOM creation/maintenance/error solving;
Set up Material Master and BOM according to standards and needs;
Monitor PLM interface daily for new Material Master or BOM as well for changes and perform required actions to do proper set up;
Monitor Jira ticket dashboard daily and respond to Plant requests while ensuring that Jira ticket prioritization is followed and tickets are resolved according to severity levels;
Support troubleshooting of data problems with cross-functional teams;
Support master data standards definition, templates maintenance and alignment to standards;
Analyze and identify Material Master data quality issues, generate and analyze reports, and provide recommendations according to defined standards;
Participate in the design and implementation of the Process Changes and PC&L Global Process Framework;
Support the execution of the main transformation projects, in line with leadership prioritization, functional and business responsibility/scope;
Participate in the PC&L Key User community as necessary.
Your background:
Bachelor of Science in Logistics, Business Management, Systems Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or other relevant area;
Knowledge of Supply Chain Processes with 3+ years of Experience in Supply Chain and respective business areas in a fast paced technology and/or automotive industry;
Analytical mindset, strongly process driven and used to view the performance through "process and people" angle;
Good working knowledge of SAP ERP and integration with other systems;
Comfortable user of Excel;
Good decision making skills and organization skills;
Outstanding verbal & written communication skills in English.
