What we expect from you:
You are an experienced developer with at least 3 to 5 years of experience building successful online products & services.
You possess a can-do attitude and desire to make your mark in scaling out an established service that thousands depend upon daily.
You want to be part of a team where your education & experience counts for something, and where you can argue when pragmatism trumps perfection, and quickly see the impact of your contribution.
You are familiar with the typical developer tools and practices such as git, code reviews, testing/QA, etc., while also having 3 to 5 years of demonstrable experience with the technologies we use, specifically Python and Django.

You are curious with a growth mindset and search for and enjoy finding ways to improve and learn.
You like collaborating with team members as well as across team boundaries being a good communicator comfortable with spoken and written English.
