As a Material Management, what are you going to do? Work hand-in-hand with category managers and unit heads within the company to determine the company's supply needs; Help to drive and maintain existing relationships between the company and suppliers; Place orders for materials on behalf of the company, ensuring timely delivery; handle prepayment requests and occasionally negotiate with suppliers; Oversee the full delivery of materials from expedition until receipt in good quality; Perform claims to the supplier for materials not received in good quality; Comply with Health, Safety & Environment rules and report any non-conformity detected; Ensure compliance withthe Quality Management System and other Management Systems adopted by the company; Maintain confidentiality of information as contractually defined; Integrate environment and health into all activities and adhere to EHS Policy & Procedures, as well as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 compliance; Comply with information security and data privacy policies, reporting any incidents immediately.
