As a Material Management, what are you going to do?
Work hand-in-hand with category managers and unit heads within the company to determine the company's supply needs;
Help to drive and maintain existing relationships between the company and suppliers;
Place orders for materials on behalf of the company, ensuring timely delivery; handle prepayment requests and occasionally negotiate with suppliers;
Oversee the full delivery of materials from expedition until receipt in good quality;
Perform claims to the supplier for materials not received in good quality;
Comply with and assure compliance with the rules and procedures of Health, Safety & Environment, and report any non-conformity detected in this area;
Comply with and assure compliance with the rules and procedures of the Quality Management System and other Management Systems that the company may adopt;
Ensure the confidentiality of the information available within the scope of the activity, as contractually defined;
Ensure that Environment and health are integrated into all activities and maintain adherence to EHS Policy & Procedures as well as ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 compliance. Complete all compulsory training related to them and ensure that team members do the same;
Comply with the information security and data privacy policies and procedures adopted by Vision-Box, and ensure that team members do the same. Report any information security or data privacy incidents or weaknesses immediately. What are the skills and professional experience we're expecting from you?
Bachelor's degree and previous experience;
Market and technology curiosity, ability to have the big picture while dealing day-to-day with operations;
Strong time management skills; strong research, negotiation, and analytical skills;
Attention to detail and accuracy.
