YOUR TASKS
Responsible for the coordination and processing of daily operational major component business including accurate and timely ordering, material bookings, and defective major components returns.
Considering country-specific requirements and situational adaptation needs.
Managing internal and external interfaces, partners, and service providers.
Providing customer services such as inquiries and complaints from our mostly internal customers.
Supporting in the creation of regular KPIs and reports.
YOUR PROFILE
Completed studies in business administration, industrial engineering, or alternatively completed vocational training in the commercial sector.
Professional experience in the areas of material coordination and operational procurement.
Motivated and committed personality with a high degree of drive and personal responsibility.
Willingness to work in an international team.
Excellent communication skills and strong customer orientation.
Sound knowledge of SAP ECC (mainly module MM) and MS Office; additional knowledge of JD Edwards and Teamcenter would be an advantage.
Fluent in English; ideally also Spanish and/or German at a good level.
Willingness to travel, especially between the company locations in DE-Hamburg, DE-Rostock, and ES-Pamplona.
