Job Description: Responsibilities - your mission In his/her role as Master Data Management - Contract Administrator, the jobholder will be responsible for administrative activities and support to the Direct and Indirect central procurement functions in line with the Service Line Agreement requirements.
The jobholder will report to the HO Finance Systems & IT Compliance in the Airbus GBS organization. He/She will be the guarantor of a compliant procurement process towards the business.
Main responsibilities Manage various supplier information and pricing data in SAP and other Airbus Procurement tools.Manage the electronic archiving of contractual documents in the Airbus tools.Launch and follow-up actions on recurrent supplier inputs as needed.Process ad-hoc requests for urgent customer requirements and events.Audit and track Data Management Group Requests so the business can continue to flow accurately and efficiently.Ensure regular two-way communication with strategic buyers & data management group at Airbus Helicopters Inc.Contribute to innovation and digitalization in the procurement process through the deployment of state-of-the-art processes and tools.Resolve discrepancies by recognizing errors with current and new requests. Must be able to communicate problems with data and offer/implement solutions.Facilitate resolutions of procurement data issues.Requirements - our ideal candidate will have The jobholder will have up to 5 years of work experience.In terms of hard skills, the jobholder will ideally bring experience in administration tasks and knowledge in Export Control and Sustainability laws and regulations. He/she will demonstrate effective written and verbal communication skills.Fluent in English both written and verbal. French and/or German would be a plus.Easily adaptable to the Airbus Procurement tools (Coupa suite, SAP, E-Proc and Airsupply) and used to Google suite."Delivery" oriented with a strong focus on customers' satisfaction.Strong ability to convince and influence, communicate effectively.Team player and comfortable with remote working.Always act with integrity and equity in the supplier selection process, in full compliance with processes and regulations. A specific attention will be brought to the ethics of the jobholder.
